Section titled “General Disclaimer”The creators and contributors of the software assume no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misconfiguration, operation, or inability to operate the software — even if previously informed of the possibility of such damages.
Scope of Disclaimer
Section titled “Scope of Disclaimer”This includes, but is not limited to:
- Data loss and corruption — any data loss or corruption resulting from software use
- Business damages — lost revenue, lost profits, lost business opportunities
- System downtime — service interruptions, outages, productivity loss
- Security incidents — unauthorized access, data breaches, consequences of cyberattacks
- Incompatibility — incompatibility with third-party systems, software, or infrastructure
- Configuration errors — any consequences resulting from incorrect settings
- Any other damages — financial or non-financial, foreseeable or unforeseeable
User Responsibility
Section titled “User Responsibility”Use of the software is entirely at the user’s own risk and responsibility. User responsibilities include:
- performing appropriate security audits before deploying to production
- correctly setting environment variables and configuration settings
- performing regular backups
- monitoring software updates and security patches
- complying with applicable laws and data protection regulations

- it will function without errors
- it will be available without interruption
- it will be suitable for a particular use case
- it will be compatible with all systems or configurations
Jurisdiction
Section titled “Jurisdiction”If the above disclaimer is partially or wholly invalid under any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Liability in such cases is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
